Follow these instructions to activate and enable JavaScript in iOS on the iPhone and iPad.
Safari iOS
- Select the Settings application/icon on the iPhone home screen.
- Select Safari on the following screen.
- Select Advanced, located near the bottom of the following screen.
- Move the JavaScript toggle to the right so that it highlights green.

Step 1. Use a supported browser

Fix problems when you sign in
Turn off extensions in Chrome
If you still can’t sign in, it might be because you have unsecure or unsupported extensions turned on.

Update your browser
Some old browser versions might not be supported.

Check your privacy settings
If you use a browser other than Chrome and have set your browser’s privacy settings to “High” or “Strict,” you may need to add www.google.com to your browser’s list of allowed sites.

Check for security programs
If you use a firewall, proxy, or anti-virus program, temporarily turn off the program. Then try to sign in to your Google Account.
If that fixes the problem, the security program might have stopped you from using your Google Account. To use their program with Google access, contact the program's support page.
If you use a work computer
Ask your administrator about your company’s security settings.
Information for app developers
If you implemented "Sign in with Google" with the Chromium Embedded Framework, you’ll need to migrate to a more secure alternative:
- Switch to use browser-based OAuth.
- Migrate your desktop app to a Progressive Web App.

- Click the icon of 3 stacked filled squares to the right of the address bar [or press Menu key of Android device], then select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll the Settings page to bottom, and tap the Content settings... title.
- Mark the Enable JavaScript checkbox to turn on JavaScript then back to your page.
- Try to refresh your browser to see if you are doing right.
- Click the icon of 3 stacked horizontal lines to the right of the address bar then select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll the Settings page to bottom, and tap the title says Content settings...
- Mark the Enable JavaScript checkbox to turn on JavaScript then back to your page.
Basically, we think if you choosed Linux to use, perhaps you are good enough to maintain all things to work perfectly. Certainly you know how to change many Google Chrome configs / preferrences as you want.
