Norahhasrecently completedTog Sos stress reduction, breathing, relaxation and meditation evening workshops for the local Education Authority and Departmentof Sciencein Carraroe, Connemara, Galway

She is also currently running very popular one day Stress Management Workshops in the Connemara and Galway area and evening meditation and relaxation classes

Some are for the Carers Association and some are open to the general public and the medical and complementary health profession.
