SEA LOGISTICS INTERN [6 MONTHS - 1 YEAR]

location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM
Work hour: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month
Job description:
You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, + responding to complaints. Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will provide front line support for customers to ensure customer satisfaction with our International Supply Chain [ISC] products, services + features.
- To qualify + enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
- To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation in close cooperation with the Operational Care Center [OCC], destinations + regional stakeholders.
- To establish + strengthen operational relationships with customer contact[s] through daily interactions, regular care visits, pro-actively advising + consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion + transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems alongside the [initial] customer order.
- To document, resolve, analyze all complaints, then identify, share + eliminate root causes.
- To create, review + refine customer reports.
- To collaborate closely with the operation team and ensure that all documents are accurately and timely released to the customer.
- To collect customer submitted documents, upload them into an internal system, and then courier them to destination as directed by SOP
- To ensure delivery against all financial targets + strategic objectives across ISC.
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Import - Export or equivalent
- Can join the internship full time for 6 months or 1 year.
- Good command of both verbal and written English
- Willing to learn, can-do-attitude, responsible, customer oriented, detail oriented & supportive.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
