What's New
The 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque gains Amazon Alexa integration but is otherwise unchanged. The small luxury crossover received its last major update in 2020 and added a sporty HST model last year.
Choosing Your Range Rover Evoque
The 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque is available in six trim levels: S, R-Dynamic S, SE, R-Dynamic SE, and HST. Pricing starts at $46,050 including destination and tops out at $56,350 for the HST.
Engine Choices
Every Evoque is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. The HST carries a high-output version with mild-hybrid assist. All models are equipped with a nine-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive with terrain selection. The Evoque is rated to tow up to 3,698 pounds.
Engine Type | Horsepower | Torque | Fuel Economy [Combined] |
2.0L Turbo 4-Cylinder | 246 hp | 269 lb-ft | 22 mpg |
2.0L Turbo 4-Cylinder | 296 hp | 295 lb-ft | 23 mpg |
Passenger and Cargo Capacity
The Range Rover Evoque is Land Rover's smallest SUV. There's room for five adults, although four will be more much comfortable. Cargo space measures 21.6 cubic feet behind the rear seat and 50.5 with it folded. Overall capacity is typical for a subcompact SUV.
Safety Features
Standard driver assistance technology includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, front and rear parking sensors, a driver alertness monitor, and automatic emergency braking. Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is a $575 option on the S and HST — and comes standard on the SE trims.
Adaptive headlights with automatic high beams cost $1,100 on the S trims and are standard everywhere else.
A surround-view camera is an $800 standalone option for all trims.
Connectivity
The Evoque's standard infotainment system offers a 10-inch touchscreen, navigation, six speakers, two USB ports, HD and satellite radio, wireless device charging with a signal booster, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The SE trims also feature a 10-inch lower touchscreen with non-infotainment controls.
A 12-speaker Meridian sound system is standard on the HST and available on the other trims for $350. A 14-speaker Meridian surround-sound system costs $450 on the HST and $800 on the others.
2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque S — MSRP From $46,050
The S starts out with leather upholstery, heated 12-way power front seats, proximity key access, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, automatic wipers, rear fog lights, LED headlights and taillights, and 18-inch silver wheels. The $800 Convenience Pack adds a hands-free power liftgate, a power-adjustable steering wheel, a cargo net, and Activity Key [a water- and shock-proof wristwatch that functions as a key fob]. Heated rear seats and driver memory settings are bundled for $760.
There's also a Cold Climate Pack [$650] with a heated steering wheel and heated windshield and headlight washers. The Dynamic Handling Pack equips the S with an adaptive suspension system, red brake calipers, and paddle shifters for $1,550.
Buyers can top off the S with a contrasting black roof [$600], a fixed panoramic roof [$1,300], or a panoramic roof with a front sliding panel [$1,800].
2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque R-Dynamic S — MSRP From $47,650
The R-Dynamic S gives the S a sporty design theme that includes body-color exterior trim with copper accents, a black grille, and chrome door sills. The interior features a perforated leather-wrapped steering wheel, a black headliner, dark aluminum trim, metal pedal covers, and standard paddle shifters. Other equipment and options are shared with the standard S.
2023 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque HST — MSRP From $56,350
The HST receives the 296-hp engine, plus red brake calipers, black exterior trim, 20-inch gloss black wheels, paddle shifters, and the sliding panoramic roof as standard. Other standard features and available packages are shared with the S.

CarsDirect Tip
The 2002 Range Rover Evoque SE provides enough standard features to justify its higher price versus the S. Since the R-Dynamic treatment is cosmetic, we recommend going for the HST if you're interested in actual performance.
