Đánh giá aoc g2460pqu 144hz pro gaming monitor năm 2024

If you’re in the market for a 120/144Hz screen, AOC’s G2460Pqu is the most affordable option out there, although the difference with some of the competition isn’t that big. It’s a 24-inch model featuring, as with all screens of this type, a TN display claiming a 1ms response time. It is height-adjustable and the screen can pivot to a portrait orientation. This is unlikely to be of much interest to gamers, but it’s a feature that is often present on more upmarket models and at least useful if you’re taking a break from fragging to peruse your favourite websites.

The G2460Pqu comes with a nice complement of inputs: every type is represented, but of course only DisplayPort and dual-link DVI provide the required bandwidth for the high frame rates the panel is capable of displaying. There’s even an integrated USB hub as well as some speakers, but the less said about built-in speakers, the better.

Looking at our test results, the G2460Pqu delivers above par brightness and contrast, decent uniformity and viewing angles. That's as long as you don’t move too much vertically, as vertical viewing angles are, like for most TN panels, pretty bad. The native colour temperature is on the high side; 7,640 Kelvin means images take on a blueish hue. The colour accuracy isn’t great either, be it for colours or grayscale images, and the average delta E for colours is the second worst of all at 6.5. The gamma setting is on the low side, resulting in washed-out midtones. The good news is that the response times are great, though you do need to manually enable overdrive – a rarity in this test as most screens perform great the moment they switch to 120/144Hz input. Lastly, the G2460Pqu is one of the more efficient screens in the test, consuming only 30 Watts while displaying a fully black screen.

If you’re on a tight budget but still want a fast screen with a high refresh rate, this AOC G2460Pqu is definitely one to keep on your shortlist – but we would recommend looking a bit further and perhaps investing just a bit more.

Great FPS, durable with a reasonable lack of color range.

-1 star because i got a dead pixel, quality control?make sure you get the insurance, it might be worth it.-1 star because it does not have a great color range and it sucks while editing photos, i have it with my laptop side by side and they both have the same background but the colors looks much more washed out in this one.It is reasonable to have a lower color range for this type of fast-response time high-FPS monitor, but compared to other monitors of the same category it is still more washed out.But other than that it offers great FPS, it is a great monitor for gaming. I really enjoy my gaming experience on it.Update 02/27/2016:It has been a year and i have been rough with this thing, so many hits.Yet it remains as good as ever, +1 star for the durability and life-time/quality-of-design.Still my best gaming monitor so far!

Went from a 32" 720p TV to this AOC 27" 144hz 1ms monitor. This a a quantum jump in viewing enjoyment and technology! This is in our small apartment living room as an HTPC monitor/TV connected to an mITX PC. I did my research reading tech reviews and Amazon reviews before I bought this monitor so I knew what I was getting. I read the full review on PCMONITORS.INFO which was very useful. A few thoughts now that I have this monitor,

Pros: -Compared to my old 32" 720p TV, this monitor has zero blur. This is most noticeable when playing games such as CS:GO. Everything is sharp and crisp especially on enemies far away whereas before things were blurry and muddy looking. Not sure what the response time on the TV was, but it is visually a huge improvement. Combined with the 144hz refresh rate, the action feels really smooth. -The increase in resolution from a 720p 32" TV to a 1080p 27" monitor was really nice to use as an HTPC screen. I can finally surf the web without squinting and I can read all the item descriptions in Path of Exile. Glorious day! -My eyes are really sensitive to stuttering and/or flickering, and changing to this monitor feels much gentler on the eyes. I get less eye fatigue and the headaches are practically gone. I attribute this to the 144hz refresh and to this monitor NOT using PWN [Pulse Width Modulation]. Manufacturers use "flicker-free" to mean the same thing. -It may be strange to talk about "feel", but all the technologies packed in this monitor make games feel smoother. I was secretly hoping it would improve my abysmal CS:GO KDR [hahaha], but it did not. Maybe it improved it just slightly but nothing magical. More importantly to me, the games are much more enjoyable because they are much smoother. This makes my past time of playing games a joy.

Other Thoughts: -I was seriously considering getting a G-sync monitor, but the cost of upgrading my GPU and getting a 27" G-Sync would have blown my budget. Now that I have this monitor along a now old, Radeon HD 7770, it pushes ~120 FPS on CS:GO and other less demanding games are fluid. Even with this budget GPU, the motion is fluid and I can't imagine getting a G-sync monitor anytime soon. I am really happy that the games are fluid and I saved a lot of money. In the future, I would prefer to keep this monitor [non G-sync] and get a high end GPU like the GTX970 instead of getting a mid-end GPU with G-sync and a G-sync monitor. -Not really a con as I was aware before buying this, but the sound quality and max volume is much less than any TV as this monitor was not designed to be used as a living room TV. So without external speakers, this would not able to replace a TV for home entertainment. I connected speakers to the monitor so it is not a problem. -Not really a con again, but the screen size is smaller which I knew already. I got used to this and I would never trade this monitor just to get a bigger screen sized TV. -Yes, I was aware this is a TN monitor and the viewing angles are not good and color saturation are not IPS grade. I know this because my main desktop monitor is an IPS monitor. For a TN panel, the image quality is good after calibration and does not distract from the gaming, youtube watching and web surfing I do on this monitor so I am not taking any stars for that. -I would not use this 27" 1080p monitor as a main desktop PC monitor as the resolution is too low for the screen size and the monitor would be too big if sitting close to it.

To Conclude: -I honestly think higher refresh rate monitors and higher FPS gaming is the way of the future and will increase the fun and immersion while decreasing eye fatigue. As of 2015, the ~$320 price and the 144hz 1ms specs on this 27" AOC monitor are the sweet spot for me. Like is good with this monitor and I could not be happier.

I have this monitor for almost two months now. I have no problem so far with it. It is 27inch 144hz monitor with very low refresh rate. For this price, it is a very good deal. I was skeptical at first about this AOC branch since my experience with monitor branch are mostly Asus, Dell, Samsung, HP, etc and never with AOC. But this monitor surprise me with the high quality built. It has a lot of usb ports included and even display port cable. I didn't even use all the cables that included in the box since I only need to use DVI for the 144hz connectivity.

Note: To use the usb slots on the monitor, you need to connect the usb cable that come with the monitor to both the monitor and your desktop/laptop for the usb slots on the monitor to work properly. I was careless at first and not notice the point of the provided usb and my usb slots didn't work. A quick google search and I find the solution to it.

The charging usb port works really well too. I use it with my samsung galaxy s7 edge and it recognizes right away. It does not charge as fast as wall charger but it is very handy since you can plug it in and keep it nears you while it charges. So you can use it while it charges!

You also may need to adjust some colors setting on the monitor. It is very easy to do and it's just a minor color adjustments.

I used one of the reviewers setting that he posted:

AOC G2770PQU Calibration Settings Eco Mode: Standard Contrast: 49 Brightness: 45 Gamma: 1 Color Temp: User RGB Red 48, Green 48, Blue 51

To be honest, it is not much different with or without the adjustment but do it if the colors bother you. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter.

Overall, I am very satisfied and impressed with this monitor and I think I am become a fan of this branch in the future.

Update It's been 1 year and I'm loving this monitor even more. It makes gaming life easy between PC [DVI] and PS4 [HDMI]. Plus the audio out port gives you an option to increase the quality of the sound from HDMI.

Pros -144hz fresh rate over DVI cable connection [DVI cable included with monitor]. -1ms response time -Height adjustment -Stand can rotate monitor horizontally and vertically. -4 USB 2.0 ports -Support for known modern day PC display ports. Maybe not the latest versions though. -Multiple ports

Cons -Black colour is sometimes green even after calibration. -Viewing angle is horrible. I don't recommend rotating the monitor 90 degrees due to this. If rotated then it's best to rotate the stand about 20 degrees to your left. -No native support for 144hz or 120hz fresh rate over HDMI. Special programs are needed to display 1920x1080@120hz [anything above 120hz is unsupported for 1920x1080] and lower resolutions @144hz over HDMI. This was tested on a PC with an Nvidia graphics [using Nvidia control panel and Custom Resolution Utility] and AMD graphics card [using Custom Resolution Utility]. Use Custom Resolution Utility at your own risk since this program can overclock your monitor. -Built in speaker are the worst speakers I've ever used.

Overall it's a good monitor with good performance and colour although there isn't a lot of PC games that display 144fps [see tested working PC games below]. We'll have to wait and see if it lasts for at least 1 year.

These are PC games that I have in my collection that run at 120fps or above according to Fraps. -Bioshock Infinity [Using custom resolution 1312x738@144hz] -F1 2013 -DmC Devil May Cry -Devil May Cry 4 [120fps] -Tomb Raider 2013 -Splintercell Blacklist -H.A.W.X 2 -Assassin's Creed 3 [Very glitchy at 120Hz and above]

Updates -Project Cars -The Witcher 3 -Grid series -Hitman: Absolution -Middle earth: Shadow of Mordor

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Good Monitor at this price point

Reviewed in India on July 19, 2015

I am using this monitor for more than 2 months and I am satisfied. Both the color reproduction is response time is very good compared to my earlier monitor. Once you set the refresh rate at the maximum [by default its 60Hz], there is more fluidity on images and videos on-screen. The inbuilt speaker in not loud, but I use it to watch TV and can hear the sports commentary or news clearly. Its also supports display port which is rare with such features at this price point.

Only drawback is that with such fast response and refresh cycle, there should have been a native 3D support which is not there. So to play 3D games and watch 3D movies you need softwares like Tridef 3D.

5.0 out of 5 stars El segundo AOC que compro, me deja muy satisfecho.

Reviewed in Mexico on November 7, 2016

5.0 out of 5 stars Excelete Monitor

Reviewed in Mexico on December 12, 2016
