There is a known bug surrounding the faucet in this part of the game. The bug only happens under very specific circumstances which are unlikely to happen to you again, but this doesn't help you at this point.
From here you have two choices:
- Since I don't know for sure exactly where you are in your gameplay in this part of the game [and because puzzles here can be solved in many different orders], if you will send me your Fran Bow save game file, I can fix it so that you can resume gameplay exactly where you are now with a working faucet, or,
- You can resume your gameplay using this file which will allow you to continue your gameplay at the beginning of Chapter 2, Part II. Using this file, you'll need to replay Chapter 2, Part II from where Fran lands in Clara and Mia's house in the cat bed. The file you need is located on my Google Drive here: //drive.google.com/file/d/1Y4AEVVkBsCvt0iQStdFWhD-7vAJP6YzY.
If you choose the first option please upload your Fran Bow save game file [which is called "savedata.ini" to the cloud and reply in this thread with the link to the file.
The "savedata.ini" file is located here on Windows computers:
c:\users\\Appdata\Roaming\Fran_Bow\savedata.ini.
I'll fix the file and provide you with a link to the fixed file. Copy that fixed file back to your computer, then start up the game and select the "Continue" menu pick from the game's Main Menu to resume gameplay.
If you choose the second option, please download the "savedata.ini" file at the Google Drive link above and then copy it to this location on your {Windows] computer:
c:\users\\Appdata\Roaming\Fran_Bow\
and overwrite the file already there with the same name. Then start up the Fran Bow game and select the "Continue" menu pick from the game's Main Menu to resume gameplay at the beginning of Chapter 2, Part II.
If you have trouble finding the "\Appdata\ folder, or seeing the ".ini" extension on the "savedata.ini" file, it's likely that your File Explorer settings are set to hide certain folders and/or certain file extensions.
