I am using HP Envy notebook as013nr model, The Battery is non removable.I bought the computer late Sep 2016, and never faced any issue with it.

However from last week, the battery does not charge beyond 75%, and the battery charger estimates it will be fully charged at a time when the battery reaches 75%.

I did the HP Diagnostics test, Battery test status is showing ok/ passed and also tried in HP support assistant it showing the battery is fine.

Could you help me out with the above mentioned issue

Sounds lie you need a new battery.

And btw, while the battery may well be hard to get to, it is removable. How else do you think the manufacturer can change it out?

If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, and it isn't under warranty still, then try a local tech.
