Cannot copy paste Remote Desktop Windows 10

Some users have particular problems when copying and pasting files from the local computer into a Remote Desktop session. Windows Server 2012

Windows Server 2008

1. Launch Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration from server.

2. In Connections, right click on the connection and select Properties.

3. Select tab Client Settings and make sure to uncheck the box Clipboard. If you want to allow file copy and paste, make sure that Drive is deselected. Press OK when completed.
