Though a good company to work with, except customer support there is no pressure given to the employees. I worked with chat support, had a terrible experience there. Then switching to Quality and mail part, there was no such pressure. Food was good. The policies are good for employees. The team leads support buttlers and would promote them soon with a good hike. The company management is the worst part. They are very biased. If you have good interaction with your seniors, then only you can survive. I worked there for almost 1.5 years. But the worst part is job secutity and biased culture. It believes in hiring and firing process. I won't never suggest my near and dear one to go for this company. There is no job security. The firing can be anytime. And HR would never listen to you. Intoxicated culture. ...
