Can I assume this excludes questions from the GMAT Focus Official Practice Questions for Quant? It's the $30 USD product with 100+ quant questions.

yes, those questions are different, and the cost is much higher per question for the "GMAT Focus Official Practice Questions".
The best value is to buy the bundle of 4 physical OG books on Amazon for $59, vs $111 bought individually at mba.com. Then I recommend entering the codes from the books to use the online question banks at mba.com.

Below is a screenshot of the Quant Review question bank, with 189 questions. There's also extra questions in the Diagnostic Exams for each book, if you click on the "Practice Exams" tab on the left; there's 15 in the Quant Review.

The GMAT Official Guide has all kinds of questions and has the most questions of all the guides. The Guide for Quantitative Review and the Guide for Verbal Review are good for focusing on Quant or Verbal practice.
