If your product already syncs to Lazada and/or Shopee/Shopify/Woocommerce, we DO NOT recommend you to edit the existing SKU directly from Zetpy, because it might be affecting the review or sales record of that particular product in your Seller Center.

Here's a quick solution for you, if you want to: 1. Change EXISTING single to variation product. 2. Edit EXISTING variation products, especially edit/delete existing variation option or variation SKUs.

Just follow the steps below: 1. Go to Lazada/Shopee seller center or Shopify/WooCommerce, and add/delete/edit the variation into the existing product, by filling up new SKU, price, and stock, & amend anything that you want to change at once.

2. Go to Zetpy > 2) any plugin ( Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok/Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento ) that the product is linked to, 3) find the SKU > 4) Delete the existing product listing in each plugin account.

3. Go to Zetpy > 2) Product core > 3) find the existing product > 4) then you can add in a new variant and change anything you want inside the edit. At this point, the item is not linked in any Zetpy Plugin, so it will not reflected in your plugin.

Important Tips : Here to check whether your product are linked to any Plugin or not.

4. In Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok/Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento plugin, click on the 'Import Product' button, plugin by plugin. Please do not click the Import Product button for all plugins at the same time. Please wait for each plugin importing to be completed, then proceed to the next plugin to import the product. Else you might be get duplicate same listing in your Zetpy Product Core if you click Import Product button for all channels at the same time.

Next, the new variant product will be imported back to Zetpy. (Note: This will take a bit of time to import)

OR you can send email to our support ( [email protected] ) the ITEM ID of each channel's accounts, we can help you to manually REIMPORT the item.

5. Lastly, you need to go to 1) Zetpy Product core > 2) find the newly imported product > 3) Edit the stock and Save again to make sure the stock is up to date and tally, this is because Zetpy gets the lowest stock during import for prevent from overselling.

Important Tip: If you didn't edit & save stock again after importing is done, your product stock might not tally in all channels.

I have for several years been happy with Lazada. I have never experienced the problems that others have regarding returning goods (which seems to be the most common issue here).

However I have recently had a problem which is causing me to leave Lazada. It started with an issue that any message to a buyer regarding a product was being returned 'unsent'. I was advised to re-install the lazada app which i did.

Unfortunately when it came to logging in, my email account did not show on the drop-down list and it is not possible to enter another.

I ended up setting up a new account which I should not have done. I have spoken to (I think) 8 different people on the chat service. The old account still had a phone number I had 10 years ago but no longer have. I set up the new account with the new telephone number.

- It is not possible to have a phone number or email on 2 accounts. That is fair enough, but on Lazada you cannot have either on 2 accounts EVEN IF ONE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DELETED ALREADY. You need access to your old number to re-set up your account on a new device

- there is no way to correct errors - no account taken for people who have lost there phone or had one stolen, or who have just changed their number

other issues. If you do not respond in the chat within 2 minutes the system automatically logs you out. That is fine if it is the customer that is holding up the conversation, but we should not be logged out because the agent fails to respond. that is Lazada responsibility

I wanted to raise a complaint. I was told that the agent would 'tell the team for me'. But then followed it with 'what problem'? Self-raising problems is hardly transparent. There seems to be no way for a customer to raise or track issues or for escalating an problem

Essentially in all respects the customer is beholden to Lazada behaving in exactly the way it wants to behave which seems to be a common thread through the issues raised on this forum

this is for Lazada and Gcash. my gcash acount were linked to Lazada. On 01/25/2024, I received a text mesage that payment hs been made to Lazada withoit any transaction that Im not aware of! Gcash infomed me to coordinate with Lazada and then to my disappointment, Lazada advised me to file a complaint to cybercrime division! toinks🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Expect losses

Oh this company has me furious. Yes they can deliver in a timely manner but when a problem occurs expect 0 results and or excuses. So far they have failed us twice in the past few months. Delivered just an empty envelope on an order and delivered an incomplete item on another one. Long story short we lost our money on one and had no choice but to keep the other one that was short an item. Get it together Lozada. For now we'll shop elsewhere. You're not the only one that delivers!!!

The last item delivered was 1 item short and you said you'd pick up.. You renegades on the pick up and said only 24 hours are allowed. Are you serious?? You give 24 hours? Oh the other order was a pack of tortillas. I was in the Philippines then. We were handed a plastic black bag with a pamphlet in it. You never responded to our complaint. Lazada has terrible customer service

Lazada has terrible customer service. If you ever are unhappy with a product once it arrives and want to return it they will favour the shop and only allow the item to be returned if the shop approves; little do they know that these shops will reject a return for no reason just so they don’t have to give back the money. I used to shop on lazada a lot but now I do not trust them.

Lazada and their counterpart seller are…

Lazada and their counterpart seller are the worst. If you are unhappy with a product once it arrives and want to return it they will favour the shop and only allow the item to be returned if the shop approves; little do they know that these shops will reject a return for no reason just so they don’t have to give back the money. I used to shop on lazada a lot but now I do not trust them. Order # 764377166119955 which Lazada favoured their seller Shiyomatec. I returned the item and they don't want to return it back nor refund my payment 1064php. Shame on you both...

Lazada & their LEX service from the Bacolor depot…

Lazada & their LEX service from the Bacolor depot is stupid beyond belief. My account is classified in Lazada as an office/workplace, and the address is carefully worded, yet the depot and drivers don't even read the label. My address details state "NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES" & Only Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. Yet they tried to deliver on Sunday, and now they have tried to deliver after 7pm tonight.

I have started using Shopee because of this issue.... and I have been a very loyal client for the Lazada sellers for 3 years (large amount of purchases)

As a matter of interest, my delivery address is only 1klm from the Bacolor depot.

Lazada's redundancies are being done in the wrong area. They should focus on the e-commerce delivery network.

I’m going to keep writing bad reviews…

I’m going to keep writing bad reviews until I get a real response and real help. My package is supposed to be delivered Monday -Friday 8am -5pm . The delivery man was in his own world for 3 days and delivered it after that time. I have tried multiple times reaching out to the delivery man , customer service, ig , facebook you name it! No response. The only response I get is if I write a bad review lol . Beware of the fraud games lazada has up their sleeves. They will pretend to care and pretend to help you by switching your courier agent but it doesn’t make any difference. I am very disappointed that my order has been cancelled due to negligence, a SIMPLE task such as “deliver at this time” cannot be performed. If I can give a 0 star I would. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, the seller and the delivery driver for my order. My package can only be delivered mon-Friday 8am-5pm but the delivery man keeps on delivering after that time. This is his third attempt you would think he would catch on by now but now I feel neglected when I have been a loyal customer. Best rock-bottom price deals I ever had. But just like in actual physical stores or marketplaces, you have to be smart when hunting for bargains. Unless you're super-rich and can afford branded (overrated by media hype) products that have no positive impact in society or to the environment whatsoever, searching for trustworthy sellers can be quite fulfilling. Just be wary not to get too addicted with their nonstop factory-price and price-cut offers.

Just a tip to those who claim to have fallen victim to unscrupulous sellers, the next time you buy again via the Lazada app (after deciding to give it another try) make sure you use COD or the Lazada Wallet as modes of payment if you're not too confident that your transaction will be a smooth one 🤓😏

Good app but the problem is that there are inappropriate/pornographic or fake products being sold

When I scroll down really far while viewing a product,sometimes,I see a lot of sexual and pornographic products like sex toys, gels to make your "Weiner" Grow,etc. why? Please remove pornographic products!

Let me tell you that Lazada is far less from what you get with Amazon. The customers are always crossing fingers that the merchant is gonna send the right item and if not, good luck to get a refund or compensated!!! We ordered one bedroom furniture set to end up receiving a small plastic table in a box and some other time the box was just filled empty with paper. Lazada should really work hard to hold their partners accountable to satisfy their clients if it really wishes to accomplish what Amazon does here in North America.

Missing item, as usual

As usual, another missing delivery from Lazada. Supposedly delivered on Dec 19, 2023, but NOT delivered. We are filing a VISA chargeback NOW. Order number 761436384360539, tracking from LEXPH MP0718804567. Ask us for the complete file on this, but of course you won't, because you are Lazada! UPDATE: THE LAZADA REPLY IS ABSURD. It was not delivered to the secure box and there is no way to reply to Lazada to communicate this. We have filed a credit card chargeback which is the only option left to us. What a stupid, worthless comoany. We average about 300 orders per year. Now we'll average zero. Stupid, stupid people.

it's been 3 days, and there's no update on my refund for Order

768473362129459, why on earth is it easy for you guys to take my money but make it hard for us when we need a refund? at first, your representatives told me it'll take 24 to 48 business hours, now all of a sudden a supervisor told me it'll take 5 to 7 business days. what kind of process is that?

Lazada is a very UNPROFESSIONAL company. You will regret ever dealing with Lazada. This company only protects its sellers and not buyers. They are very unjust when it comes to granting refunds/returns. I will NEVER download the Lazada App anymore as well as buy anything from its platform.

Lazada Philippines goofed (again).........

I found that, for account verification purposes, they did sent a code to the wrong phone number that's not linked to my account. Not anymore anyway. That's a sign they don't have their administration, or database in good order. Their so-called "Cleo", a rather poor designed answering robot, is a silly joke to say the least. Tells something about how they think about the world outside their ivory tower. Pretty sure their physical customer support isn't any better, no use wasting my precious time on that. Unfortunately their next competitor on the local market is even worse.

Crazy seller based returns process

Re: Order No: 784122470678501. I must say that the Lazada returns policy is the worst I have EVER experienced with any online seller, it is only based on seller satisfaction, and in no way is for customer sa tisfaction. I have a bad sinus problem, and urgently needed a steam product to clear the sinuses. I received the item and immediately tested it. No steam or vapour was evident, just heat, so, within 24 hours I arranged a refund, only to find that the SELLER HAD TO AGREE the refund. I therefore made a 5 minute video, showing no steam or mist. The seller replied that the item was not made to emit steam and reused the refund, yet, all over the packaging it shows the unit with steam. Once again I questioned this with Lazada, their response was to SEND THE ITEM BACK TO THE SELLER for inspection. I arranged for Lazada to collect, but nobody came, so now I’m told its too late for refund. Everything is seller based, I will now never buy high priced items through them again, I will use Amazon, who have a no quibble and easy return process. As usual the response from Lazada is non existent gibberish, there is no resolution that would solve the purchase of an unsuitable product, something not in the Lazada dictionary. The only returns or refunds acceptable to them is if the product arrives in a broken condition. The do not have any vocabulary for an unsuitable product because of the seller lying about the use. Also, I did not receive any email from Lazada, that is completely untrue, spam email etc checked…… Still no reply, they just lie about a response. 21st Feb: STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM LAZADA

Deceptive compulsory extra charges

Two times now recently, I have ordered items, only to find a compulsory extra charge (in addition to the normal delivery charge) on check-out for "Igloo" -whatever the hell THAT is!!. I complained to both sellers,but they both said that it was Lazada who was enforcing the extra payment. Well, Lazada, you can stick that. I will be filing a complaint with the Philippines DTI regarding misleading charges/deceptive sales acts and practices.etc.
