1. Gỡ chặn tệp PPT, PPTX
Cách này sẽ được sử dụng trong trường hợp khi File PPT, PPTX của bạn được tải xuống từ Internet hoặc được lưu về từ Email. Khi đó, hệ thống Windows sẽ thực hiện chặn File và gây ra lỗi này. Bây giờ bạn chỉ cần gỡ chặn File PPT và PPTX là được.
Bước 1: Trước hết, bạn cần chọn File PPT, PPTX bị lỗi -> nhấp chuột phải vào tệp > -> chọn Properties.
Bước 2: Khi hộp thoại Properties mở ra -> chọn tab General -> nhấn vào nút Unblock.
Bước 3: Cuối cùng, bạn chọn Apply -> nhấn OK -> thử mở lại File PPT, PPTX.
2. Sử dụng tính năng Repair File

Bước 4: Cuối cùng, bạn chọn OK để hoàn tất và thử mở lại tệp PPT, PPTX.
