1. Upload wp-tripadvisor-reviews folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory

We have been using the free version of the plugin for the past month on our blog with no problems. Easy, intuitive install. Runs clean and fast.

I am very sorry but it doesn't work at all. After I entered the TripAdvisor URL and pressed the button "Save settings and download", Wordpress page hung for a few minutes, and then the message "There has been a critical error on this website" appeared on the page //SITE/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_tripadvisor-get_tripadvisor&settings-updated=true. I tried several times, same result. The TripAdvisor URL is correct

This plugin is simple and quick to launch, looks clean, and includes most features you'd obviously want in the free version. Also, I received exceptional and prompt support, even as a free user. I highly recommend it.

Why can't I submit a review on TripAdvisor?

We have character minimums for reviews (200 characters for hotel reviews, 100 characters for restaurant and attraction reviews). As you type your review, on your iPhone, you will see the character count display and count down. When you reach the minimum required characters, the Submit button will be activated.

Why are my TripAdvisor reviews not posting?

As a new user of TripAdvisor you need to understand that reviews are NOT posted to the site immediately upon submission. Reviews from new users can, and usually are, a bit slower to be posted. They can be posted in as little as a day, or as long as a few weeks, depending on the staff's workload at TripAdvisor.
