This is a quick review, and please note that I have not completed the product because I have to watch my weight for wrestling.

Taste: Strawberry wasn't that bad. Taste is tolerable but I wasn't expecting something to taste exactly like a milk shake. With skim milk it has the texture as a milk shake but not as satisfying.

Mix Ability: Listen people! I had the same problem with the "clumps" especially over skim milk (instead of water) when mixing. This is my solution, and it works! First put your servings in your mixer bottle, then you shake it (Yes I know the liquid isn't suppose to be in yet), then you apply your desired liquid. It always works, even with milk! I promise! Usually when you put in your servings right after your liquid, you've compacted most of the powder with the scooper. So right after you put it in your liquid, it retains it's shape and thus the clumps begin to form (and its VERY hard and annoying to shake for 20 minutes to get rid of them). By putting the powder in first without the liquid and then shaking it, you uncondensed the powder which makes it easier to mix with your liquid. I hope this helps, try it!

Effectiveness: Well this is my first weight gainer, and got it for various reasons. 1. I wanted to just experiment 2. I wanted to see what gains I would make and 3. I didn't take enough calories in a day to actually produce muscles to its full potential. Well simply based off mirror image, I would say that I have made some gains. Not massive gains that made me ridiculously big but I did notice that I've been getting bigger. Simply I will have to wait until I actually finish the product (about 1/4+ of the bottle left).

Overall: I will probably not take any more mass gainers and just go back with my casien before bed. I'm looking at Muscle Pharm's Combat protein product and will probably go with that my next order. I hope this shed some light on those who are interested in this product! Any questions, just shoot.
