Multiple Devices

I use multiple devices. I have a laptop, desktop, and two phones that I constantly move data from and to. I can’t seem to be signed in to more than one device at the same time and being signed into one phone being a Galaxy S22 and the other iPhone 13 Pro, the iPhone doesn’t recognize the account at all saying it is incorrect.

I just downloaded this app because my storage in the cloud is full, as of three months ago, (thanks for the heads up), then saw the reviews. Why are they 6,7 even 8 year old reviews? Has anything improved recently with this app to store my photos and videos? What other options can anyone suggest besides this app? Take note, I am a Flintstone, not a Jetson.. need I elaborate? Am open to any alternative...thanks ll out there. Marcy

Operational steps 2. Screenshot of the error message 3. The failure time (Timezone you are in) 4. iOS O/S version, and the version number of WebStorage app and 5. The device model name 6. The folder/file name and format which you cannot view.

Needs work

Can’t backup if you switch to another app or screen goes off. Also photo thumbnails are too small.
