Việc đầu tiên bạn nên làm là sử dụng lệnh chkdsk trong cửa sổ command prompt để kiểm tra các lỗi của ổ cứng nhưng không hề có lỗi gì sau quá trình kiểm tra. Sau khi chạy các công cụ kiểm tra ổ cứng khác thì vấn đề được phát hiện là do tôi đang dùng hệ điều hành Windows 7.
Để chạy lệnh chkdsk, bạn nhấn vào nút Start, sau đó gõ CMD rồi chuột phải vào dòng CMD như hình và chọn Run as administrator vì tính năng bảo mật của Windows 7 bắt buộc phải sử dụng quyền quản trị kể cả tài khoản bạn đang sử dụng thuộc nhóm quản trị. Bạn sẽ được hỏi là có đồng ý chạy cửa sổ này không, bạn chọn Yes để cửa sổ Command Prompt xuất hiện.
Bạn có thể thực hiện một trong các cách sau để giải quyết vấn đề trên:
Cách 1 - Nhấn F5 để làm tươi [refresh]
Bạn thử nhấn phím F5 để có thể hiển thị tệp tin mà đôi khi vì lý do nào đó bị biến mất tạm thời hoặc bạn cũng có thể khởi động lại máy tính để kiểm tra. Đôi khi dung lượng bộ nhớ trong [RAM] của bạn không đủ do chạy.
quá nhiều chương trình cùng lúc nên bạn hãy thử tắt một vài chương trình rồi nhấn lại F5 tại thư mục có tệp tin biến mất ở trên.
Cách 2 - Sử dụng lệnh trong Command Prompt để xóa tệp tin, thư mục
Nếu như bạn không thể loại bỏ tệp tin trong Windows Explorer, bạn có thể xóa chúng trong command prompt bằng cách dùng tổ hợp phím Windows + R rồi gõ CMD. Chuyển đến thư mục chứa tệp tin cần xóa rồi dùng lệnh dir để xem toàn bộ tệp tin trong thư mục và dùng lệnh del, nếu tên tệp tin dài và có khoảng cách, bạn cần dùng dấu " " như bên dưới :
Để xóa thư mục, bạn sử dụng lệnh rmdir với các thao tác như đối với xóa tệp tin.
Cách 3 - Đổi tên sử dụng Command Prompt
Giống với cách 2 nhưng bạn không xóa mà chỉ đổi tên tệp tin, thư mục vì có thể do tên tệp tin quá dài hoặc chứa các ký tự đặc biệt, sử dụng lệnh sau để đổi tên [giữa lệnh ren, tên thư mục cũ, tên thư mục mới có dấu cách].
Sau khi đã đổi tên, bạn thử xóa thư mục với lệnh như ở cách 2.
Cách 4 - Tạo thư mục tạm [Temporary Folder]
- Bạn nên thử tạo một thư mục mới sau đó kéo tệp tin, thư mục cũ vào trong thư mục vừa tạo rồi xóa luôn thư mục mới vừa tạo vì đôi khi việc di chuyển tệp tin, thư mục đến vị trí khác có thể giúp bạn xóa chúng dễ dàng hơn.
Cách 5 - Sử dụng công cụ DelinvFile
