I use this to zap baby opossums, rats, mice, and whatever gets in the trap. Easy to use and hasn't failed me yet. You can't go wrong purchasing and start decreasing the rodents in and around your building, business, garage, shop, house, or wherever. It has a kill alarm as well that will not stop intermittently beeping until you remove the kill and reset. Great quality and very durable. This is not some cheap piece of junk...extremely durable. It is not for use outside because it is not water resistant, however I still use outside on the back fence and zap rats with no issue. I just make sure there is no rain or fog in the forecast. Again 2 thumbs up, 5 stars. Start zapping the rodents away.

    Expensive squirrel feeder

Have been setting this out for over a month. Baiting with peanut butter and other nuts. Have not caught anything. One morning during the first few days the green and red lights were flashing, when I looked inside I saw a slug trail that went inside to the bait, apparently ate some then left. Would figure that this would fry a slug as it crossed the plates inside but no slug to be seen inside. Free peanut butter for the slug. I've learned to bait this at night and take it into my shed in the morning because when left out the squirrels take all the bait. Thinking the loose nuts were too easy to take I smear the peanut butter in the bait recess at the back of the trap. Don't know how they do it. But I swear the squirrels think it's fun. Tried rechargeable batteries first and got the proper light signal but after the slug got away I thought maybe the higher voltage of regular batteries might be needed. No joy. For me. Squirrels seem happy. Read full review Verified purchase: Yes | Condition: New
  • Does not work mice are to smart

The electronic mousetrap is a fail when plugged in and turned on it sits there and beeps and cracks like a taser I have watched he’s the mice walk right around it and even sitting on the top they are too smart to fall for such a loud piece of junk. Sticky pads set next to the electronic trap have been taking care of business. Verified purchase: Yes | Condition: New
  • The best rodent trap ever!

Well made traps and they are the absolute most humane. Very easy to use and also easy to clean. Thank you very much! Verified purchase: Yes | Condition: New
  • No catch trap!

I got this unit and bought an extra one but it was disappointing. I have had it in the most trafficked area for almost a week. I made sure not to touch any part of the traps to avoid a rodent picking up my scent too. I have used all kinds of bait the rodents have been eating in my garage too. In one of the traps, it looked like a rodent tried to make away with the bait. None of these strategies work. This product is not worth the price I paid for it. The batteries are worth more than this product.
