Win10home báo lỗi ultraviewer desktop.exe has stopped working năm 2024

Khi bạn tải phần mềm về và đang cài đặt thì gặp phải thông báo lỗi : UltraViewer_Desktop : Server is not running . Thông báo này do phần mềm không thể khởi tạo service khi cài đặt, thường do phần mềm diệt virus nhận dạng nhầm và chặn không cho cài đặt.

Chúng tôi mới phát hiện lỗi này do Avast phát hiện nhầm, chúng tôi đang cố gắng liên hệ với công ty sản xuất Avast để họ thêm UltraViewer vào danh sách whitelist, trong thời gian sớm tới các bạn sẽ không gặp phải lỗi này nữa.

Để xử lý tạm thời hiện tượng này, các bạn có thể làm như sau:

1. Mở vào bảng điều khiển của Avast, bằng chuột phải vào biểu tượng Avast bên góc tay phải phía dưới màn hình, chọn Open Avast user interface.

Vào mục Settings -> Active Protection -> sau đó tắt chế độ File System Shield .

Sau đó bạn cài đặt lại UltraViewer sẽ không bị lỗi trên.

I have installed Ultraviewer in a windows 7 64 bit and a windows 10 64 bit and activated from setting > run with windows, but it don't start. I could not connect to the remote computer. As it turned out, UltraViewer did not restart with Windows, even though this is checked.

Tick on "Start with Windows" with Administrator mode (right click on UltraVIewer icon and select run as adminitrator)

Please re-open UltraViewer by right click on UltraViewer icon and select Run as administrator.

Now tick on "Run UltraViewer with Windows" again and restart your computer to see the effect.

Bạn vào start > tìm regedit, bấm Enter. Cửa sổ registry hiện ra, bên tay trái bạn tìm đến thư mục sau:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options

Sau đó bạn tìm thư mục có tên UltraViewer_Desktop.exe ở bên trong thư mục đó và xóa thư mục UltraViewer_Desktop.exe đó đi.
