Nâng cấp win 7 lên win 10 2023

Windows 7 đã chính thức bị Microsoft khai tử vào ngày 14/1 vừa qua. Nói một cách cụ thể hơn, Microsoft sẽ ngừng cung cấp các bản cập nhật cho Windows 7, trong đó bao gồm các bản vá lỗi quan trọng. Điều này đồng nghĩa với việc người dùng Windows 7 sẽ phải đón nhận những rủi ro về bảo mật, khi các hacker có thể lợi dụng những lỗ hổng của hệ điều hành này (mà sẽ không bao giờ được Microsoft vá) để phát tán mã độc.

Microsoft khuyến cáo người dùng nâng cấp lên phiên bản hệ điều hành mới nhất là Windows 10. Tuy nhiên, đây không phải là một quá trình đơn giản. Bên cạnh những vấn đề về yêu cầu phần cứng cao hơn, tương thích phần cứng/phần mềm, sự khác biệt về giao diện và cách sử dụng... thì một trong những lý do khiến nhiều người ngại nâng cấp từ Windows 7 lên Windows 10 là quá trình cài đặt và chi phí bản quyền. Không phải ai cũng muốn bỏ ra 139 USD (hay 199 USD cho phiên bản Pro) để nâng cấp lên Windows 10.

Thế nhưng, may mắn thay, hiện Microsoft vẫn đang cho phép người dùng Windows 7 nâng cấp lên Windows 10 hoàn toàn miễn phí, vẫn giữ bản quyền và đương nhiên là hợp pháp. Tuy nhiên, cần lưu ý rằng Windows 10 sẽ chỉ kích hoạt thành công nếu như phiên bản Windows 7 trước đó có bản quyền hợp lệ.

Sau đây là các bước chi tiết để nâng cấp từ Windows 7 lên Windows 10:

Bước 1: Sao lưu dữ liệu của bạn. Quá trình nâng cấp Windows thường diễn ra thuận lợi với đa số người dùng, tuy nhiên vẫn chứa đựng rủi ro. Vì vậy, hãy sao lưu dữ liệu của bạn ra một nơi an toàn trước khi tiến hành nâng cấp.

Bước 2: Truy cập vào website này của Microsoft và tải về công cụ nâng cấp Windows 10 (Media Creation Tool).

Bước 3: Khởi chạy file vừa tải về và chọn Upgrade this PC now.

Lúc này, PC của bạn sẽ tiến hành tải về và nâng cấp lên Windows 10. Khi quá trình nâng cấp hoàn thành, hãy kiểm tra tình trạng kích hoạt bằng cách vào Settings > Update & Security > Activation. Nếu tất cả mọi thứ ổn thoả, bạn sẽ thấy Windows 10 đã được kích hoạt sẵn với "bản quyền điện tử" (digital license). 

## Important Notes

* ESU updates are not supported offline (you cannot integrate them), they must be installed online on live system.

- The ESU eligibilty is only checked during update installation, therefore, you can choose to keep the bypass installed, or remove it afterwards.

* The bypass will only allow to install the ESU updates, it will not permit to get the updates themselves via Windows Update.

## How to Use

* Extract the pack contents to a folder with simple path

- Install: right-click on installer.bat and "Run as administrator"

* Remove : right-click on remover.bat and "Run as administrator"

- Note: If you have previous version(s) installed, you don't need to remove it separately,
scripts from latest version can be used to remove previous versions, or install on top of them.

## More Info

- The project supports **all Win7/Win2k8R2 editions**, it consist of two tools that work in similar concept:

for ESU-supported editions, Custom slc.dll will be used

for all other editions, IFEO BypassESU.dll will be used

you can also force the use of BypassESU.dll for ESU-supported editions:
edit installer.bat prior running, and change set ForceHook to 1

* ESU-supported editions:

Client: Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate (including N and E variants)

Server: Standard, Datacenter, Enterprise (including Full, Core and without Hyper-V variants)
